‘Nineteen’ Durty Triathlon Sprint – The Short, Fast Durty One

750m Open Water Swim (wetsuits compulsory – these can be hired if required from www.triuk.com or www.thebicycleworks.co.uk). One lap, deep water start.

15km Off-Road Mountain Bike. This will be on a combination of tracks, forest roads and paths, and is a bit hilly. There’s nothing too extreme, most or all will be rideable for most or all – if you feel the need to walk a bit, no problem, we’d prefer you stay in one piece!. One lap.

5km Off-Road Run. It’s an ‘out-and-back’ single lap along a slightly undulating lochside path. Nice. :)

Kids Duathlon

There will be 2 distances (based on age at 31/12/08);

Junior (11-13) – 200m Run, 10km MTB, 2km Run
Youth (14-16) – 400m Run, 10km MTB, 3km Run

Entry £4 with Tri Scotland/England/Wales membership (cards must be brought to registration on race day), £5 without.
